The 7/8ths Selling® Program
The 7/8ths Selling Consulting and Training program is designed to help your organization improve performance while providing exceptional customer service. This program is the culmination of years of research and testing by Dr. Jean Norris of Norton|Norris, Inc. Jean began her career as an sales counselor in the late 1980s and has dedicated her life to finding new ways to connect with consumers in ways that were ethical and yet very effective. A true win/win. In 2007, she partnered with an Australian firm, The Right Mind, to create 7/8ths Selling®. Major components of this program are being delivered around the world in multiple industries with exceptional outcomes. In addition, the Norton|Norris team of researchers, subject matter experts, trainers, life coaches, course developers, educational counseling experts, and Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioners work to keep the content up-to-date and relevant.
The 7/8ths Selling® Workshop
In the 7/8ths Selling® Workshop you will have the opportunity to learn more about yourself, too. To do this you will explore organizational culture and your unique strengths and opportunities.
